In order to reserve your appointment a deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancelation Policy

Please be respectful of the artist’s time and schedule. If an appointment is canceled or moved within 48 hours of the appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and a new booking fee is required for a future appointment. 

Visit policy

We ask that you please come alone for your appointment. We cannot accommodate extra family members, children, or pets.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders. 

Lateness Policy

We value your time and want to give you the utmost attention. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule in order for you to have ample time to get your concerns addressed. For this reason, if a client is more than 10 minutes late the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a $50 inconvenience fee will be deducted from the deposit. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule a new appointment. 

Touch Ups

For full permanent makeup procedures, a complimentary touch-up is always offered as long as it is scheduled within 4-10 weeks. Touch-up prices will apply for the procedure after 10 weeks. Cancelation or “no-shows” within 48 hours from your appointment will result in a $100 fee for the following touch-up scheduled.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Policies by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

In the unlikely event a refund is requested for a procedure performed by Permanent Makeup by Millie LLC, The Client must appear in person during regular business hours at a pre determined date and time.
